All bookings are to be accompanied with payment by the RSVP date. Payment can be made via cheque mailed or direct deposit to the BDCU account.
Attendance without prior bookings will not be accepted.
Full payment is payable should a
cancellation be made after the RSVP date. We will endeavour
to fill you place, though cannot guarantee that this will
occur. It is welcomed that you send another person in your
place, should you be unable to attend at the last minute.
